Our home at Angel Court has been designed with the evolving needs of our staff in mind, with a view to create a positive, open, and productive working environment. We have also adopted a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility to where our staff can work, dividing their time between home and the office.

Outside of work, employees enjoy entertainment and wellbeing events organised by the Social Committee; Leumi Connect, or Marketing team. In the past, these have included theatre trips, sporting events, cocktail nights, wellbeing walks around the South Downs and much more, as well as annual Summer and Christmas parties.

At Leumi UK, we promote a high performing culture and to support that, we invest in learning and development such as monthly lunch and learns, company wide classroom training, individual learning requests (accreditations and even degrees!), as well as external training.

Employee wellbeing and satisfaction is at the core of high performance, and something we continually strive to achieve and improve on. To ensure we do this, communication is key, and at Leumi, we create an environment that is open and transparent, encouraging feedback from across the business to listen and always be better.
