Leumi UK Relationship Director Christopher Stallard recently spoke to Private Debt Investor about some of the trends he is seeing in what is a fast-moving market.
With the increase in hybrid working following the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of the office has changed dramatically over the past few years, as has the demands of occupiers and their employees.
“The vast majority of leasing deals are for less than 10,000 square feet, and it is these unit sizes that are most in demand, meaning the make-up of available space is a material factor in forecasting voids and rent-free periods.”
