Leumi UK provides Splendid Hospitality Group with £62m loan to refinance London hotel portfolio

Specialist real estate lender Leumi UK has completed a £62m loan to the Splendid Hospitality Group, one of the fastest growing hospitality companies in the UK with operations across the country, to refinance two London hotels in Euston and Brentford. This marks the first transaction between both parties.
The Euston hotel is a 201-key Four Points Flex by Sheraton, a brand of Marriott and opened in September 2024 following development by Splendid. Marriott’s newest midscale conversion brand is aimed at value conscious travellers seeking convenience. The hotel benefits from a strong location adjacent to the British Medical Association and is a few minutes’ walk from Euston station, providing rapid connections to the rest of London and the wider UK.
The Holiday Inn at Brentford Lock offers 134 guest rooms, F&B facilities, a canal-fronting outdoor terrace, a fitness centre, and 600-person capacity conference facilities. Situated in the London Borough of Hounslow, a short walk from Brentford railway station, the hotel is centrally positioned in a prime commercial hub for leading international companies and is within easy reach of Heathrow Airport, which is located just 6.5 miles to the west.
