Leumi ABL completes £20m refinancing deal with Rethink Professional Services

Leumi ABL is pleased to announce the successful refinancing of Rethink Professional Services, with a £20m facility.
Rethink Professional Services, is a recruitment solutions provider renowned for its high-quality client portfolio, which includes companies such as Alliance Healthcare, Shell, Warner Music, etc. Rethink Professional Services made the strategic decision to return to Leumi ABL for their financial needs.
Leumi ABL had initially provided funding to Rethink Professional Services a few years ago. Their decision to return to Leumi ABL was driven by Leumi providing an increased and cost-effective facility.
The successful completion was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Jonathan Hughes and Austin Thorp. Rethink appointed the Debt Advisory team at Teneo to find a new funding partner (Chris Edwards & Scott Ellis), and Osborne Clark, and Leumi were aided by Jon Bew from Shoosmiths.
