Phil co-founded the business in 2004. With over 20 years of industry experience, Phil has held both operations and sales roles at board level within various financial organisations.

Prior to Leumi ABL, he was Operations Director at Dynamic Commercial Finance, a business he co-founded and was floated on AIM. He also established the small business factoring division at Venture Finance, part of ABN AMRO. Prior to this role Phil also was Regional Sales Director at ABN Amro.

Phil brings deep expertise in finance, ABL and building teams, helping steer Leumi strategy and growth.

Alan has been the Chief Operating Officer at Leumi ABL since June 2008. With over 20 years of experience in asset-based lending, factoring, and invoice discounting, Alan specialises in ABL solutions.

Prior to Leumi ABL, Alan was Director of Major Corporates at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and he held positions at Kroll, GE Corporate Financial Services, and GMAC Commercial Finance. His extensive experience across restructuring and lending roles has equipped him with the expertise to drive Leumi ABL’s operational success.

Steve has been the Risk Director at Leumi ABL since October 2022, following his time as Head of Structured Finance. With over 20 years of experience, Steve has a broad background in receivables, asset-based lending, and various leadership roles across credit, audit, sales, and transaction management.

Prior to Leumi ABL, he held positions at Investec, GE Capital, and Barclays, where he specialised in structuring blended asset-based and cashflow lending deals for mid-market M&A transactions and refinancing. Steve brings deep expertise in ABL to Leumi ABL's leadership team.

Jason has been with Leumi ABL since 2008 and has been in the industry since 1998. He specialises in providing asset-based lending facilities ranging from £3m to £45m across receivables, stock, property, plant and machinery and term loans. With over 65 completed transactions in refinancing, growth finance, MBOs, MBIs, turnaround situations and private equity, Jason is known for his straightforward, flexible approach.

Outside of work, Jason is an active hockey player and avid sports watcher, having also played rugby at a senior level.  

Austin has been with Leumi ABL since July 2019. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, he specialises in asset-based and cashflow lending.

Prior to Leumi ABL, Austin held senior roles at ABN AMRO Commercial Finance, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Ultimate Finance Group, where he developed extensive expertise in business development and managing financial portfolios. Known for his customer-centric approach, Austin enjoys working closely with businesses across various sectors, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth.

Jonathan has been with Leumi ABL for over 14 years, focusing on providing asset-based lending facilities ranging from £3m to £45m.

He has extensive experience in invoice discounting and asset-based lending, with a proven track record in sales, portfolio management, and underwriting. Jonathan is also actively involved in the turnaround management community; both as a Director of the Turnaround Management Association (UK), and as an accredited member of the Institute for Turnaround. His role includes sourcing new business in the Thames Valley, South Coast, and South West.

John has been with Leumi ABL since 2006. He specialises in structuring asset-based lending facilities ranging from £3m to £45m for SMEs across the North of the UK.

John's expertise includes a broad range of financial solutions, such as invoice finance, stock finance, plant and machinery finance, trade finance, term loans, and property finance. His extensive experience in the financial sector allows him to deliver tailored funding solutions to support the growth and success of businesses in the region.

Martin has been with Leumi ABL since 2011. He is responsible for sourcing and executing asset-based lending deals in London and the South East, having completed over 50 transactions with facilities totalling £500m+ on both a bilateral and participation basis.

His expertise spans buyouts, growth finance, turnarounds, and refinancings, with a particular focus on the Private Equity space. Martin has a deep understanding of funding leverage across receivables, inventory, plant and machinery, property, and cash flow, alongside extensive experience in deal origination, structuring, and completion.

Ryan has been with Leumi ABL since 2020. With a blue-chip industry background and experience in buying, building, and selling his own company, Ryan brings a unique perspective to asset-based lending.

He specialises in structuring tailored ABL facilities ranging from £3m to £45m, helping businesses with growth, acquisition, turnaround, and exit strategies. Known for his efficient, relationship-driven approach, Ryan works closely with management teams to deliver swift, scalable financial solutions, with a focus on reducing complexity and maximising opportunities.

Nav has been Regional Sales Manager at Leumi ABL, since February 2024 after serving as Assistant Sales Manager. With over four years of experience at Leumi ABL, Nav specialises in asset-based lending and supporting businesses with financial solutions.

He has background in client managements and sales, having previously worked as a Client Executive. Alongside his professional career, Nav is heavily involved in cricket, serving as the Club Captain at Preston Nomads Cricket Club as well as the current captain of the England Men's Indoor Cricket team.

Nick has been Head of Leumi ABL North since 2015.  With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Nick has extensive expertise in managing risk, client relations, and invoice finance solutions.

Nick joined Leumi ABL in 2006 and prior to his current role he served as a Client Manager at Leumi ABL. He also worked at Independent Growth Finance and Dynamic Commercial Finance, pre Leumi ABL.  Nick’s career began in credit management, having worked for large corporates, where he developed his financial risk and account management skills.

Gary has been with Leumi ABL since 2006, currently as Head of Leumi ABL South Division. With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Gary has extensive expertise in managing risk, client relations, and all asset-based finance solutions.

Prior to his current role, he served as a Client Manager at Leumi ABL, focusing on Independent Growth Finance and Dynamic Commercial Finance managing portfolios of clients. Prior to client management Gary's career began in credit control at Venture Finance (now ABN Amro), where he honed his skills in account management and financial risk mitigation.

Victoria has been Finance Business Partner at Leumi ABL since 2019. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Victoria previously held senior finance positions at Close Brothers, including Head of Finance for Invoice Finance and Rentals Division.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Deloitte LLP as a Chartered Accountant. Victoria brings a wealth of financial expertise across banking and finance sectors.

Ian is the Credit Risk Manager at Leumi ABL, where he has worked since 2020. With over 20 years of experience in asset-based lending and 17 years in banking, Ian has a strong background in underwriting, credit risk and audit. His expertise includes handling multi asset, complex pan-European deals.

Before joining Leumi ABL, Ian held senior roles at Shawbrook Bank and ABN AMRO Commercial Finance, where he specialised in risk management and business development for mid-market businesses.

Richard is the Head of Legal and Business Risk at Leumi ABL, a role he has held since 2020. With over 16 years at Leumi ABL, Richard has significant experience in ABL legal structures, risk management, client onboarding and audit.

Prior to his current role, he served as Credit and Risk Manager, Risk and Audit Manager, and Auditor, where he developed a deep understanding of the legal and business risk landscape within asset-based lending which is essential to the operation of Leumi ABL.

Andy is the Head of Structured Finance at Leumi ABL, a position he has held since November 2022. With over two decades of experience in asset-based finance, Andy previously served as Head of Risk at ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance and held senior roles in financial restructuring and recovery. His extensive background includes senior positions at Bibby Invoice Discounting and GMAC Commercial Finance. Andy has a wealth of expertise in managing complex financial transactions, risk management, and restructuring within the asset-based lending industry.
