Paul Hird Retirement

Leumi ABL has announced the retirement of its Chief Executive, Paul Hird, who co-founded the business with Phil Woodward 14 years ago.
Paul said “after an incredible 14 years at the helm of Leumi ABL, the time has come for me to take retirement. I would like to thank my co-Directors and all of the Leumi ABL staff for the unswerving loyalty, camaraderie and hard work over that time, building a company that we can all be proud of.”
Co-founder Phil Woodward takes over as Chief Executive as from 1st July, having previously been Managing Director.
Commenting on the news, Gil Karni, Chairman of Leumi ABL and CEO of Leumi UK, says: “I would like to take this opportunity to express our deep gratitude for Paul’s extraordinary contribution to Leumi ABL. It is thanks to his dedication, passion and resolve that Leumi ABL enjoys the success it sees today. I would also like to warmly welcome Phil to the post. Under his strong leadership, I am confident that the success Leumi ABL has experienced to date will only strengthen.”
Paul added “I am clearly extremely proud of all we have accomplished at Leumi ABL. I am sure that, with Phil at the helm, the success that Leumi ABL has experienced to date will only strengthen and prosper.”
Phil adds: “Paul has been the driving force behind Leumi ABL’s success and we thank him for all his hard work and vision over the years, he will be greatly missed by Leumi ABL. This change signifies a new era for Leumi ABL and as such I look forward to continuing to work with our fantastic team and overseeing the business as we continue our growth.”
