AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR 2023

Looking back on 2022 it feels like we have navigated some turbulent times and challenging
economic conditions, but I’m pleased to say it was another year of strong performance for Leumi
ABL, and indeed for many of our clients.

Our portfolio has continued to grow, reaching record levels at the end of 2022, and we are proud of
our established relationships with a wide range of medium to large corporate firms across the UK,
many of which are backed by the private equity industry.

A change of structure in 2022 means that we are now part of the same business entity as Leumi UK.
Our updated website gives you an overview of our complete range of services.

This review includes some of our deal highlights of the past twelve months. Our supportive,
straightforward and pragmatic approach is appreciated by clients and introducers alike and our focus
on building strong relationships with all parties involved in the deal process is key to our success. In
such an unpredictable market it is more important than ever that we take the time to understand the
dynamics of our clients’ businesses so that we can meet their exact needs.

A busy start to 2023 gives us confidence that this year is set to follow the same pattern of continued
growth. Asset-based lending has historically performed well in a time of economic downturn, as we
can step in when traditional forms of finance cannot offer the same degree of flexibility.
